"Really did not think that it was appropriate for us to have to empty a bucket that was on/under a window sill in order to ensure the air con worked properly, this required us to lean out a window, undo the wire netting and spikes that were covered in bird excrement and hold that wire netting in place so it did not fall onto the people below. My husband emptied the bucket down the toilet while I stood at the window, holding the bird dropping netting, and then when my husband replaced the empty bucket back on the window sill we had to manoeuvre the dirty spike netting back into place."
